September 26, 2008 Greetings T.T.C. Chairman, There are some important issues that I need to bring to your attention concerning a number of problems that I, my immediate family members, and others, have experienced over the years as people who have been using the public transit system in this city; and still continue to do to this day. I have spoken about these, and other issues - with previous T.T.C. chairs, other local politicians, members of the Toronto media, and even inside the judicial system, as well as in the court of public opinion on different occasions over the past few decades. These problems have become deeply embedded inside the public transit system, and through the different systems that operate in this city, this province; and they are polluting, poisoning, and destroying the ethical, moral, private and public lives of men, women, children, and families especially who live, work, and socialize in this city. I am an Avatar, who has been working all of her mortal life to help all of life on this planet to heal and become whole again, individually, and collectively – through the life changing and planet healing work that I do to bring all beings together with the body of true insights, deep truths, and clear understanding that I brought to this planet with me. I have been using this body of deep and ancient knowledge to teach and show human beings the process, means, and methods, that they each need to learn, adopt, practice, and master in order for them to merge and integrate their individual ego with their greater self so that they can each begin to work to serve the greater good of all beings living on this Earth; and in the process develop into the socially enlightened and spiritually impeccable beings that they each keep coming to this planet to learn to become. I am not someone who is interested in creating a problem for anyone. However I am someone who makes it my responsibility to bring attention to problems that I encounter in my daily life, in my family’s life, or in the lives of others who we come in contact with, so that these problems can be addressed carefully, thoughtfully, and diligently until they are finally solved. That is my job as an Avatar; that is my responsibility as a member of the human race; that is my commitment as a mother, as a wife, and a residence of this city since I first moved here from the United States over 30 years ago. Mr Chairman, during the past few weeks I have tried on two different occasions to contact you by telephone, however each time I was asked to leave a message for you by your staff whom I spoke with. One of the issues that I am deeply concerned about regarding the public transit system has to do with the disturbing pictures that are posted in different parts of the T.T.C., which show women dressed in disrespectful ways: low cut dresses with their breasts exposed, for example, dressed in underwear and bras that is suppose to pass for bikinis, or posing in sexually provocative ways. This trend of lower breasts line, and skimpy dress wear, has become a common sight in recent years in more and more of the advertisements that are plastered inside the subway, inside and outside of the buses, and also inside the bus shelters in the T.T.C. – as the morals, manners, and ethnics of human beings in this city, and throughout the different cities on this planet continue to become contaminated and corrupted. I also notice a similar problem with some of the pictures that the T.T.C. has posted of men in advertisements through the public transit system, such as the one with the man in the shower, part of whose body is shown naked from below his waistline just above his private area. I refused to look at that picture, and I am using my husband’s description of it for me here. There is the picture of a condom advertisement that shows a banana in the shape and position of a man’s loins that was posted throughout the T.T.C. for a long period of time up until recently. The human body is a divine creation that is considered a beautiful work of living art in different cultures throughout the ages. However, any society that allows the pictures of images of the private parts of human beings to be displayed, or exposed, publicly is a society that no longer has any reverence for life, no longer has any respect for life, and a society that is in the process of destroying the core and the content of life for all of its members in all aspects of life. I notice that there is a trend going on in Canadian society today where you are allowed to dress in anyway that you choose – even if you are half naked. Many children in this city today, as well as adults, are often dressed in this indecent and disrespectful way, and are often in your face – no matter where you go. These are often the same people who are usually speaking and behaving irresponsibly in order to bring attention to themselves, to feed and inflate their selfish, self centered egos and to stroke their overheated loins. I have not been able to work in this society without being forced upon – whether through abusive words, or other people’s disrespectful actions. I have been laughed at in your buses and subways, and ridiculed in the worse way, in front of people in buses close to where the drivers were. Often these drivers said nothing about what was being said by the people who were verbally abusive to me, for example, or to other members of my family, or even fellow passengers. Through television, and through other media outlets, including the T.T.C., people are being exposed to these slew of disrespectful, and degrading, pictures and images, that are helping to create and cause a lot of the disrespect that is shown to women especially, to human beings in general, and to all beings, period! These types of disrespectful, disgraceful, pictures are helping to cause a break down in the quality of people’s thinking and behavior in not just their private lives but also in their public ones. The children are learning and adopting this disrespectful, materialistic, and superficial way of thinking, and living, from television, internet, videos, etc; many of them are learning from their parents, and all of them are learning from the systems in general. My whole family has been affected by the T.T.C.’s lack of concern about the impact that these disrespectful pictures have on the lives of people who use the public transit system, such as we have been doing for most of our lives in this city. I have been speaking out, and speaking about, some of these concerns that I am bringing to your attention for a few decades now. And for doing so, I have met with attacks, threats, and harassment from different people – including some of your T.T.C. employees over the years. One of these problems that I encounter on a regular basis over the years is the reaction that I get from different T.T.C. drivers at different times when I am running to a bus stop to catch a bus that is headed there, for example. The T.T.C. driver will often pull off and pretend that they do not see me coming – even when I am running towards the bus stop in the direction that faces the driver. I have seen other public transit commuters running for the bus from in front, as well as from behind, sometimes being treated in the same manner also. We are a family that is constantly being harassed publicly, though my family and I have harmed no one in anyway. And yet many of the people who work for the T.T.C. have spent their time being disrespectful to people who don’t even know them, or do or say anything to disrespect them in anyway. All people are my family, regardless of their nationality; and I love them dearly. But it saddens me deeply to see that so few people today seem to see the importance of treating others with dignity, and with respect. It is painful to see that neither integrity, nor dignity, is no longer valued, respected, or even practice, by people today. As an Avatar I am fully aware that whenever we disrespect anyone we are also showing disrespect for ourselves as well as for everyone else. This society now holds itself to a lower standard in thinking, to a lower standard of conduct, that condition people to adopt the belief that they are flawed human beings who do not have the ability to live their lives without doing or saying things that degrades or diminish others in the process. This is why people are allowed the freedom to harm others privately as well as publicly, for instance, with no one telling them, or showing them, the difference between the right and wrong of what they are doing or saying that is harmful. It is imperative that these things change, and change quickly, for the better, because if they are not - you would not have enough cells to hold the multitude of people who will have to be locked up, and locked away, if systems, institutions, corporations and governments especially continue to devalue, degrade, diminish, and destroy the lives of human beings to the point where the masses of people start to instinctively push back against those who are seeking to turn them completely into slaves, robots, and puppets of different systems of control after a period of time. I am not making a threat here nor am I being a prophet of doom when I speak about the chaos that comes from a society that becomes completely bankrupt morally, that becomes a completely dysfunctional society, after its people lose its moral compass and are no longer able to distinguish between right or wrong as they go about living there individual and collective lives. This is a fate that comes to all societies that become socially corrupted, and spiritually decayed, at its very core. You may not wish to consider the prospect of such a breakdown taking place in society in a country such as Canada, in a city that is proclaimed as a haven for multiculturalism through the world, such as the city of Toronto has being advertised for becoming by the local government especially. But the truth is the truth, even if neither you, nor other government officials in this city are ready to handle the truth. To be forewarned, however, is truly to be forearmed, as history as shown time and time again of civilizations, and cities, that crumble socially after it becomes morally infested and spiritually decayed. Do not take the warning of this Avatar lightly, for you will do so at your own risk. The truth does truly have the mystical power to liberate human beings from the different forms of chains that are being used today to shackle their lives. However, when we refuse to listen to the truth, when its being shown to us by those who have the clarity of sight to do so: it’s because we too are participating in the same wrongs, and because of it we refuse to stop the problem by demanding that anyone partaking in this kind of condition will have to deal with the consequences of their actions. We all have the right to live our lives in anyway that we choose: but we do not have the right to use our lives to abuse anyone in anyway. Speaking the truth, speaking up for the truth, and speaking out for the truth, is something which has become second nature to me, for I have been doing it since I was a little girl. However, for doing so, I have also faced the wrath of those who do not wish, or have not tolerated me doing so – for most of my adult life – including T.T.C. employees as well as other public transit commuters in this city. I have had many people harassed me and my family on the T.T.C. – if they weren’t sending females to try to play with my husband’s loins, for example, they were laughing and ridiculing my daughter when she goes to the library, or to see friends in the past. In fact, when she was a adolescent she was often being harassed by T.T.C. drivers, and was told that she had to pay an adult fare, even though she was just 11 years old at the time; and one driver even swore at her on one occasion by using the “A” word which refers to a donkey, while he was scolding her for not showing him a student photo I.D. at the time she was paying her fare. Anyone who knows anything about my family knows that they are trained in the art of treating all beings respectfully, and taught that all human beings are their family. My husband and I were disappointed to see that when they used the systems they soon learned that many students, and even teachers, in the educational system, for example, did not value or respect our children. In my own work experience I encountered the same kind of undignified, and degrading, conduct from many fellow workers, especially those in management. Most of the times when I worked, for example, as an extra in the movie industry, or as a fashion model – I was not paid, or even paid properly when I was actually paid. Everyone is responsible to inspire each other to connect with, and develop their greater self, so that they can aspire to always serve the greater good of all life forms living in the world in which they do: by encouraging them to work diligently, truthfully, and carefully, without prejudice at all times and in all areas of their lives. Disrespect for anyone in any society will serve to only corrupt and destroy that society in the long run, because the destructive seeds that are sown today will bear poisoned fruits that also will be reap tomorrow by all life forms living in that spiritually decayed and socially corrupted society. There are many other things that we have gone through as a family, and which we have also seen others suffer – in different walks of life where we have traveled as a family. I am hoping that as Chairman of the T.T.C. that you will prove to be one of the people who will take positive action to help to heal all those we come in contact with including our families, regardless of their nationality, because we are all a family. I sent an email to the previous T.T.C. chairman addressing some of these same concerns that I am now bringing to your attention regarding the disrespectful conduct of many T.T.C. drivers towards myself, and members of my family, for example, as well as other T.T.C. commuters; and also especially about the destructive, and diminishing impact of the body of different degrading images that have become a part of the advertisements that are posted inside the subways especially, buses, and other properties of the T.T.C.. Part of the written response that I received from the T.T.C. chairman’s office about the concerns that I raised spoke about how different cultures, different people, and different individuals have different definitions about morals and ethics concerning the pictures they display in their ads, for example. And it more or less informed me that I should be tolerant of these pictures just as the masses of people in Toronto, who use the public transit system as I do, have shown themselves to be regarding the question of whether or not they find these pictures acceptable or suitable from their own social or moral point of view. As an Avatar, it is really important that I share this deep insight with you, however, about the question of whether or not issues such as morals, or ethnics, should be open to one’s point of view, or the way in which someone is taught or raised to understand these issues. On the question of whether something is “right” or “wrong”, or for those who hold the view that there is no such thing as “right or wrong” – and that there are only perceptions and opinions in life, as an Avatar I have this piece of disturbing wisdom to share with them. If whatever you do or say harms, or diminishes, anyone in anyway for any period of time, for any reason: then what you are doing is wrong, even if you may not be aware of this fact, and even if you do not agree that you are doing harm of any kind in any way to anyone. And even if some people, most people, or even if everyone else living in the part of the world that you also do, don’t agree with you about the harm being done by such a wrong deed, or words: that does not change that wrong into a right of any kind in any way. I am not here as an Avatar to impress anyone with my words, or my actions, nor am I here to be impressed by anyone. I am someone, though, who has spent my life studying the core of my own life inside and out, and then doing the same diligent studies with the lives of those who I came in contact with; and who has spend her entire life making sure that I do not harm anyone in anyway, even when I inform them about a wrong that they are doing to myself, to others, or even to themselves; and that I am true to myself in every area of my life which gives me the ability, and the freedom, to speak the truth, speak out for the truth, at anytime, and every time. The Law of Harmlessness is one of the most ancient, sacred, and cherished of all the laws in existence anywhere in the Cosmos. It is a law that I live by, and teach my own family members to also live their lives by. I encourage you to check out my website to find out more about who I am, and the “life changing and planet healing work” that I came to this planet to do in this lifetime, by visiting avatargalextra.com. As you go about doing your work as the chair of the T.T.C., I hope that you will make it a priority to use your position to truly serve the greater good of not only the T.T.C. – but also of those women and men, boys and girls, husbands and wives, and families in general, who use the public transit system to travel to their places of work, places of worship, places of studies, places of recreation, and for other occasions. By serving the greater good of those who use your public transit service, you will also be serving the greater good of the T.T.C., its 10,000 plus or more employees, and the city of Toronto as a whole. Every organization has a social responsibility to ensure that it puts policies in place that serves the best interest of not just those whom it was brought into existence to serve - but also the greater good of all those whose lives it impacts through its policies and practices in its daily operations regardless of whether or not those lives affected by its operation are humans, animals, plants, or whatever life form it may happen to be. The T.T.C. has a moral, as well as a social, responsibility to put policies, and practices, in place that helps to develop a social environment that serves to protect, promote, and uplift the lives of those people who use their service to commute from one part of the city to the next. The T.T.C. has an ethical as well as a moral responsibility to work diligently to ensure that it operates as a system that honors and practices its motto of treating its passengers with “dignity and respect” – to show that it truly cares about the welfare of the people of this city who use the public transit system. I hope that the T.T.C. will start to honor its commitment, and start taking its responsibility seriously, and finally begin to serve the best interest of the people of this city as it proclaims that it does in its mission statement. In closing, I would like to leave this sobering and ancient piece of wisdom with you, Mr Chairman: As you live your life each day, We are each other’s keepers What ever harm is done to one I look forward to hearing from you, my human brother, as soon as you are ready to contact me. And I hope that you will try to do so by telephone, or through an email if necessary. In meantime this Avatar truly wishes, and hopes, that you, your family, your friends, and your staff come to experience excellent health, real prosperity, true peace, and great joy in all areas and levels of your human lives for the rest of your mortal days living on the surface of the blue planet. Respectfully, Avatar Galextra -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Avatar Galextra February 15, 2009 Regarding: Disrespectful and Unprofessional Conduct of A TTC Driver - and some Unethical Business Practices of the TTC . Toronto Transit Commission Greetings, During the middle of the first week of February my husband and I were treated in a disrespectful, and abusive, manner by one of your bus drivers during an unfortunate incident which took place while we were making a hurried attempt to get to a bus stop in order to board the bus of this particular driver. This driver in question waited for us to get to the bus stop – near a major intersection (at Dufferin and St Clair West) - where his South bound bus was picking up and dropping off passengers: before he decided to drive off once we got to that bus stop, and left us standing at that bus stop as if he did not see us standing there right in front of the door of that bus waiting for him to open it so that we could board the bus; and as if we were not even members of the human race – but a pair of sub human creatures who had no right to be treated with the courtesy and respect of being allowed to board the public transit vehicle he is being paid generously to operate for the Toronto Transit Commission. This is not the first time that my husband or myself have had the experience of having a bus driver drive away from a bus stop just as we were about to reach that bus stop to try to board that particular bus. This has happened to us a number of times over the many years that we have been using the public transit system in this city. We have also witnessed this same kind of inconsiderate behavior being done by different TTC drivers over the years to many other commuters hurrying to a particular bus stop hoping to get their before the driver pulls away, or before that particular bus driver drive past the stop that they were hurrying to get to. This is, however, the most blatant example, we have encountered as a couple, of this kind of inconsiderate, mean spirited, and selfish treatment towards my husband and myself at the hands of a TTC driver while we were attempting to get to this particular bus stop to try to board this particular bus on the afternoon of this cold February day of which I am speaking. This particular driver, who happens to be a middle age male, of Caucasian heritage, had no reason to treat us in such an undignified and disrespectful manner as he did that February afternoon. It was wrong for him to behave in such an unprofessional, and unethical, manner towards us as he did that afternoon. But what made his inconsiderate action more painful and disturbing, for both my husband and I, was the vindictive, cold, and calculated manner in which this particular driver went about disrespecting us during that incident. This driver watched us jogging towards the bus stop as we hurried to get there, and once we reached the front of the door he just drove off as if we had suddenly become two ghosts whom he could not see. The only time he turned to acknowledge us was after my husband hit the outside of one of the front doors of that bus with the open palm of his right hand, as he was driving away, to get his attention as well as to vent his frustration with the inconsiderate act that this driver had just committed against us. It was only then that he stop the bus, turned his head backwards and shouted something at my husband – who in turn shouted back to him that he was “disrespectful and had no manners”: before this public transit worker drove away with a bus that was about half full with passengers according to my husband. If I was wearing a short skirt, or a short dress, exposing most of my legs that day – as I see too many school children wearing today, for example, the irony is that this same driver is the kind of person who would not only waited patiently for my husband and I to get to that bus: he would have had the door wide open for us with a big smile on his egotistical and lustful face; and he might have even greeted us with a friendly comment about the weather or something. The TTC portrays itself as a company that makes security, safety, and efficiency the corner stone of its operation; and it also advertises itself as being a publicly owned transit company who makes treating its customers, and staff, with “respect and dignity”. However, any place of business whose employees mistreat any of its customers at anytime for any reason is a company that undermines its own goals of “safety and security, and efficiency.” The Toronto Transit Commission cannot afford to allow any of its employees to mistreat, or to continue to treat members of the commuting public in such an unprofessional and degrading manner in any area of its operation. It’s a harmful practice that is bad for business, bad for the emotional and mental health of those passengers who are subjected to these kinds of abuses; and a practice which not only threatens the financial health of the TTC’s bottom line – but one that also further encourages other employees of the TTC to engage in such a disturbing and shameful practice. Even worse: it is a practice that will eventually encourage more members of the public to disrespect TTC employees; and even cause some of the commuters to vent their frustrations, and unleash their anger towards TTC drivers in general, through the use of not just verbal abuse but also physical assaults. I am a an Avatar who lives on this planet as a member of a small African Canadian family who have devoted our entire existence towards fighting for the rights of all people from all nationalities – as well as the other races of beings sharing the blue planet with the human race today – to be allow the right to think for themselves, and make decisions for their own lives so that they can learn to do so in ways that are responsible, respectful, and do not harm the lives of others in the process. This incident that we were experienced at the hands of one of TTC’s drivers is not an isolated case: for it happens every day to other commuters in this city. Over the years I have also brought other issues to the attention of the management of the TTC, as well as to different individuals who have served as its Chair person at the time, regarding concerns we have about indecent advertisements: such as pictures of women breasting out, dressed in bikinis, and even life size pictures of naked women, and children, posted inside the trains as well as inside the bus stations. I have expressed my concerns to your management about unethical advertisements inside subway trains of things such as a banana in the shape of the private part of a male to advertise condoms; as well as the Sex For Life advertisement which only serve to feed a culture that has become preoccupied with sex in one form or another - as well as other ads including pictures of nude men, or ones which show men with their loins barely covered. These ethically provocative and morally offensive images of human beings which display human beings as living sexual objects being used to sell services and products to human beings living in a materialistically addicted, socially corrupted, youth obsessed, and morally dysfunctional culture - only serve to degrade, diminish, destroy, and dishonor human beings as a race of beings, the family in general, and women in particular. Questions of right and wrong are not issues that are determined by one’s perception or by differences of opinions as human beings have mistakenly, and misguidedly believed for far too long now - once human beings developed and gained the ability to see a larger and truer picture of how the Universe operates in the lives of all beings. People today are molded and shaped to view ethical and moral issues in this short sighted, self serving, and self centred manner by a Society that programs them to believe that anything now goes, where people are forced to go along in order to get along, where justice is now determined by those who have the might instead of by the truth of what is right; and where the power of the profit gouging machine is worship and promoted as the bottom line instead of the greater good of all beings being protected and served serving as the highest goal, and the true guide for all beings living on the surface of the blue planet today. As an Avatar, or a God, if you prefer, it is my duty, and my pleasure to clarify issues for human beings so that they can start to learn to define them for themselves with the clarity and insight that they need to do so in order for them develop and grow properly as spiritual and social beings. If what is done or said serves to harm, violate, or diminish anyone in any way, for any period of time for any reason – then according to the Law of Harmlessness (one of the most sacred, and one of the least known of the Cosmic laws): those words or deeds are wrong, period! It does not matter whether those who are doing that wrong, or even those who are wronged, understand or even agree that such a wrongs have been committed – the consequences of that wrong will impact both the abuser, as well as the abused, with or without their knowledge, or consent, until that wrong is eventually made right, and undone according to the spiritual laws of Karma. It does not matter how many awards the TTC has received over the years for the “quality of business” it has operated over the years. It does not matter how many new ridership records it has set over the years with the millions of riders now carries each day in its public transit system. Unless, and until, the TTC becomes a company that practices its motto of “respect and dignity” in every area of its operation involving the public, as well as its workers, until it sets a high ethical standard which does not permit ads to be displayed on any part of its property that degrades human beings in any manner. Until it become such a responsible, respectful, and accountable entity in this city: the TTC will continue to function as part of the problem instead of serving as part of the solution that human beings need to adopt, practice, and master in their personal, professional lives in order for life on this planet to be transform from the chaotic, traumatic, painful, and adversarial experience that it has become for human beings in general, and especially for people of color, and women and children as a whole – into a place of lasting peace, perfect harmony, permanent abundance, and true enlightenment not just for all members of the human race but also for all life forms sharing the blue planet with us. I am an Avatar who incarnated on this planet to serve and protect the greater good of all life forms living here today, and in the future through the life changing and planet healing work that I am doing to bring all beings together living here into a state of harmony with the body of deep truths, true insights, and other mystical gifts that I brought here with me to show and teach human beings a new way of being in all aspects of their mortal lives. You can visit my website at avatargalextra.com to find out more about the work that I do as an Avatar. I will continue to bring attention to issues that are helping to paralyze the lives and destroy the future of beings living on this planet, whenever and whereever I see them, to encourage human beings in different settings to start connecting the dots so that they can begin to see the larger picture of the scope and depth of the problems that are destroying all of life on this planet; and also start to see their true heritage, and amazing potential they have to turn things completely around individually and collectively by learning to serve and protect the greater good of all of life on this planet all of the time. We are each other’s keepers my human brothers and sisters Whatever harm is done to one wounds you me and everyone. You have the right to live your own life Remember also that as you go about living your human life Respectfully, Avatar Galextra
